The workplace i was at was very unbalanced and I only stayed there for about 6 month after leaving twice!! lol. Luckily i had gone back the second time because I needed a reference according to my new employer desperately and if i hadn't been on good terms with them at the time my second job may never had happened.

there were too many chiefs and not enough indians at my workplace but they were really quite unprofessional and I can see that very clearly now becasue my new workplace is amazing and very professional.

I have a fantastic workplace now, everything about it is mzing. i couldn't ask for more  so my last job really was a stepping stone to a much brighter and happier future.

this reading helped me very much becasue it confirmed the thoughts I had at the time and made me realise that something else would be coming along.
